I have over 16 years’ experience working as a counsellor with Relate and run a private counselling practice in Radlett. I offer counselling and psychosexual therapy during the day and evening, Monday to Thursday, from 9 am until 9 pm and at other times by arrangement.

I offer a professional, flexible and highly confidential service with an initial no obligation assessment to allow you to get to know me, and for me to see if I can help you. You will find my approach non-judgmental, practical, positive and caring, and I am always happy to have a chat on the phone to address any queries or concerns.  (Tel: 07577 992 918)

People often ask how an individual or couple can tell if they would benefit from therapy, and how they might recognise that their problems can no longer be dealt with at home.  They might be arguing constantly, trying to cope with the impact of financial issues or parenting, perhaps experiencing specific sexual problems or infidelity.  It may be that their relationship simply feels stale and they need to work out how to re-connect and enjoy life again.  There are no easy answers to any of these questions, but bringing the issues into the open in front of an experienced and qualified counsellor often proves to be that invaluable first step.
