I’m a Relate-trained counsellor and psychosexual therapist, with over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and couples. I established my private practice after many years working for Relate.

My work focuses on relationship counselling, sex therapy, porn addiction counselling and other compulsive sexual behaviours. I’m particularly interested in how patterns develop over time, and how small, thoughtful changes can help people feel more connected and less stuck.

I’m an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and a member of COSRT and ATSAC.
