Online Counselling
I work online with individuals and couples. Sessions take place via secure video, which means you can access specialist counselling wherever you are in the UK, or outside the UK, without the need to travel.
Many people choose online counselling because it fits more easily around work, family life, or other commitments. It can also feel more discreet and easier to access, particularly when seeking help with relationship or intimacy concerns, or with sexual behaviours that feel difficult to manage.
As long as you have a computer, tablet, or smartphone, a reliable internet connection, and a private space, online counselling works well. Sessions take place using Zoom, a secure, encrypted platform.
Online counselling isn’t suitable for everyone. As part of the initial assessment, we’ll think together about whether this way of working feels right for you and your situation.
Fees & Sessions
Sessions are available Monday to Wednesday, from 7 am.
Individual counselling – £115
Couple counselling – £135
I use an online scheduling and payment system. You’ll receive an appointment confirmation and secure payment link at the time of booking. Payment is requested at least 48 hours before your session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are chargeable in full.
