Single-Session Therapy

Focused help when you need it most

Sometimes one conversation at the right moment can bring more clarity than weeks of trying to work things out on your own. Single-Session Therapy offers a focused space to think about what matters most, and to come away with some ideas you can actually use.

You don’t need to commit to ongoing therapy. For some people, one session is enough to create a shift. Others choose to return later if they want further support. This isn’t a shortcut or a replacement for longer-term therapy, but it can offer clarity and a clearer sense of what feels worth focusing on next.

How it works

  • Before the session: You’ll complete a short questionnaire to clarify what you’d like to focus on.
  • The session: We meet online for 90 minutes to explore your concerns and think together about what might help next.
  • Afterwards: You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a tailored resource pack to support you.

Who is it for?

Single-Session Therapy can be a good fit if you want a focused, practical conversation and are motivated to make some changes. It may be especially helpful if you’re:

  • Facing a difficult moment in a relationship.
  • Wanting to talk about a sexual concern.
  • Trying to change unhelpful sexual behaviours.
  • Looking for clarity about a next step.
